The Simple Steep Teapot
The Simple Steep Teapot is a 650ml/21.9oz porcelain teapot, with a high grade polished stainless steel cover insulated with a felt interior, keeping the tea at a hotter temperature, for longer. It includes a removable stainless steel infuser and infuser plate.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE AND CARE
Before making tea, pre-heat the porcelain teapot by rinsing it with freshly boiled water. Follow by portioning loose leaf tea into the stainless steel strainer (or place tea sachets into the teapot), and pour boiling water onto the strainer, filling the teapot. Steep the tea for the appropriate amount of time (refer to steeping guide on tea packaging).
Rinse the teapot with warm water after each use. Porcelain is dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended for longevity. Stainless steel cover is not dishwasher safe.

Please note: Delivery may take longer for Guelph, Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo and Brantford, Ontario. There are no deliveries on Sunday or statutory Holidays.
Curbside Pickup: Come visit us in our new location at 2314 Bloor St West. Orders for curbside pickup will incur no additional fees regardless of order total and are usually ready within 24 hours.

Standard Wrapping: Please specify in the "order notes" if you would like your items wrapped as a gift. If so, we will remove all price tags and wrap it in our signature Lemon & Lavender gift bag with tissue. You can also request this if you pick-up your order in person.
Greeting message with delivery: We do not offer a complimentary option for a greeting card. Please add a greeting card from our online store and include in the order notes what you would like written inside. Our team will hand-write the message for you. If you do not have a greeting, your name will be displayed only so the receiver knows who sent it to them.
