At Lemon & Lavender, we strive to provide excellent customer service. We expect the same courtesy in return and do not tolerate harassment of our staff regarding our policies.

*Refunds*
- No Refunds, Exchange Only within 14 days with original receipt and tags.
- Seasonal Products: These items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

*Order Cancellations*
- Orders that have been picked and packed are not eligible for refunds.
- A store credit will be issued for canceled orders. Store credits never expire and can be used both in-store and online.

**Exchanges**
- Exchanges are accepted in-store only within 14 days of purchase.
- The item must be in its original condition with the receipt.
- You may exchange for another product or opt for store credit.

**Delivery Fees**
- Delivery fees are non-refundable

**Food Items**
- All food products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

**Damaged Items**
- All items are carefully inspected by our team prior to delivery.
- If an item is damaged during transit, you must visit our store to arrange for an exchange or to receive store credit.
