We kindly ask that you review our store policy before making a purchase. By shopping with us, you agree to the following terms.
Respect our staff, please. At Lemon & Lavender, we strive to provide excellent customer service. We expect the same courtesy in return and do not tolerate harassment of our staff regarding our policies.
Refunds - No Refunds, Exchange Only within 14 days with original receipt and tags. - Seasonal Products: These items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Order Cancellations* - Orders that have been picked and packed are not eligible for refunds. - A store credit will be issued for canceled orders. Store credits never expire and can be used both in-store and online.
Exchanges - Exchanges are accepted in-store only within 14 days of purchase. - The item must be in its original condition with the receipt. - You may exchange for another product or opt for store credit.
Delivery Fees - Delivery fees are non-refundable
Food Items- All food products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. *
Damaged Items - If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your package. We will need clear photos of the damage sent to us via email so we can assess the issue. A resolution will be determined based on the individual scenario.
If you receive an incorrect item, please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we will work to correct the mistake.
