We currently ship to over 80 cities in Ontario using our own personal courier. This allows us to ensure top-notch customer service and oversee your order from start to finish with care and efficiency!

At this time, we do not offer shipping outside of Canada.
We process and fulfill orders very quickly, so if you need to change your shipping address, please contact us ASAP by email or phone. Email us at info@lemonandlavender.ca or call us 416-900-9294. We’ll do our best to update the address before your order is dispatched.
If the package has already shipped, we can attempt to cancel the delivery, but please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your order has already been delivered to an incorrect address, there is nothing more we can do. However, if the package was dropped off at the wrong location and we are still able to retrieve it, we can send our delivery drivers to pick it up. In this case, you will need to:
1️⃣ Pick up your order from our store OR
2️⃣ Provide a new shipping address, and we will invoice you for a second delivery charge before resending your package.
To avoid any issues, please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. If you need assistance, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help! 😊
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your package. We will need clear photos of the damage sent to us via email so we can assess the issue. A resolution will be determined based on the individual scenario.
If you receive an incorrect item, please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we will work to correct the mistake.

Yes—and FAST! 🚀 Our team starts fulfilling orders as soon as they come in. You will receive a notification once your order is ready for pickup (typically within an hour)

You can pick up your order 7 days a week during business hours at our store:

To pick up your order, simply visit the store and provide:
✅ The name on the order OR
✅ The order number
Someone else can pick up your order on your behalf, as long as they have proof of the order confirmation email or order number.
If you require special assistance (such as having your order brought outside), our staff is happy to accommodate. However, please call ahead to notify us. Our team can only bring orders to the parking spots directly in front of the store or to our back door in the rear alleyway.

There’s no rush! We have no set time limit for order pickups—we’ll hold your order for as long as you need.

Return, Cancellation & Exchange
We do not offer refunds—exchanges only within 14 days of purchase. To qualify for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition, non-seasonal with the receipt and tags attached.

Parking & Transit
We are conveniently located between two Green P parking lots on the north side of Bloor St. Additionally, there is street parking available in certain stretches along Bloor.
We are located equally between Jane Station and Runnymede Station on the north side of Bloor St. Both stations are just a short walk away, making it easy to visit us by subway.

Yes! We have a special option at checkout called “Make My Cart Into a Beautiful Gift Basket” for an additional $20 fee. Our team of experts will carefully arrange your selected items in a beautiful basket, wrap it up, and ensure it's gift-ready!
