SQUISHY BIRTHDAY EVENT POLICIES:

EVENT TIME

Squishy Birthday Events are held after hours from 6:45–7:45 PM. Each party includes one full hour of guided crafting and Squishy Bar fun!

Please arrive a few minutes early so the event can begin promptly!

ACTIVITY-ONLY EXPERIENCE

Our Squishy Birthday Event is designed as a fun, activity-based birthday experience. The full hour is dedicated to decorating each child’s squishy box and visiting the Squishy Bar.

This package does not include time or space for serving birthday cake, meals, snacks or beverages. We recommend enjoying dinner or birthday treats before or after your event at one of the many wonderful restaurants in Bloor West Village!

PARENT SUPERVISION

At least one parent or responsible adult must remain in attendance for the entire event. Lemon & Lavender staff will guide the activity, but the attending adult remains responsible for supervising the children.

CANCELLATIONS & DATE CHANGES

As a small business, we begin purchasing and preparing inventory as soon as a party is booked.

Cancellations or date-change requests must be submitted at least nine full days before the scheduled event. If cancellation is made 9 days in advance, you can receive a full refund.

Cancellations made fewer than nine days before the event are not eligible for a refund. The booking value will instead be issued as a Lemon & Lavender store credit (never expires) or may be applied as a rain check toward another available event date!

All replacement dates are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

GUEST REQUIREMENTS

A minimum of 8 children is required to book, with a maximum of 12 children.

The event price is $60 per child.

Local Delivery: We have expanded our delivery radius to cover the majority of the GTA area and beyond. Delivery pricing varies based on your distance from our store and will be showed upon checkout. Items for local delivery will be delivered within 24 hours!

DELIVERY CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE ON EXCHANGE ORDERS

Please note: Delivery may take longer for Guelph, Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo and Brantford, Ontario. There are no deliveries on Sunday or statutory Holidays.

Curbside Pickup: Come visit us in our new location at 2314 Bloor St West. Orders for curbside pickup will incur no additional fees regardless of order total and are usually ready within 24 hours.

Standard Wrapping: Please specify in the "order notes" if you would like your items wrapped as a gift. If so, we will remove all price tags and wrap it in our signature Lemon & Lavender gift bag with tissue. You can also request this if you pick-up your order in person.

Greeting message with delivery: We do not offer a complimentary option for a greeting card. Please add a greeting card from our online store and include in the order notes what you would like written inside. Our team will hand-write the message for you. If you do not have a greeting, your name will be displayed only so the receiver knows who sent it to them.
