Mix cocktail shrimp in a bowl with cream cheese and a little mayonnaise. Add this blend of herbs and spices and voila, a delicious dip for seafood.
Makes 2.5 cups.
What you Need:
Contents of dip packet
250g (8oz) softened cream cheese
150 ml (2/3 cup) real mayonnaise
1 can (170g/6oz) cocktail shrimp (rinsed & drained)
What to do:
Combine the dip packet, the cream cheese and the mayonnaise in a bowl.
Gently fold in the cocktail shrimp.
Refrigerate 15-20 minutes or more.
Ingredients: Onion, red bell pepper, garlic, chive, leek, spices, lemon oil, citric acid, lemon peel.
