Makes 3 cups
HOT CARAMELISED ONION DIP
What you Need:
Contents of dip pouch
375g/12.8 oz (1.5 cups) softened cream cheese
250 ml (8.8 oz/1 cup) sour cream
125 ml (1/2 cup) real mayonnaise
90 ml (1/3 cup) grated Asiago or Parmesan cheese
60 ml (1/4 cup) sliced mushrooms
15 ml (1 tbsp) grated Asiago or Parmesan cheese for sprinkling on top
What to do:
Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl.
Transfer to an oven-proof dish.
Sprinkle top with the 15 ml (1 tbsp) grated cheese.
Bake in oven for 20 - 30 minutes at 175°C (350°F).
Makes 750 ml (3 cups)
